FAQ

"Where is my order?"

I am a single guy with a day job operating this store out of my garage. I always work towards getting orders out the day after they are received. If I receive a large volume of orders, like Black Friday or the pre-Christmas season, orders will be fulfilled in the order they came in. If you ask within 7 days of ordering why it hasn't been fulfilled during a peak event, your order will be put at the back of the line.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. The level of shipping speed selected by you at checkout should be accurate. Keep in mind, shipping timeframes are AFTER the courier receives your package. Canada Post does not receive mail on weekends, or (Canadian) stat holidays.

Your tracking info should update within a few days of your order, or a business day after the package is received, but may show as "Awaiting Package" or something similar until your package is processed at Canada Post's sorting center. Canada Post works with many carriers, but it's likely the final part of your package's journey will be with your nationally-subsidized courier like USPS (USA) or Royal Mail (United Kingdom).

Duties are charged on all orders sent internationally (outside of Canada). Keep an eye out in your email for what carrier is delivering your package. Most carriers will let you pay your duties online, right after it is processed by customs. EU customers should not need to pay duties, as it was paid as a part of your VAT.

If you do not receive your package within one month, please contact us and we will work out why it hasn't made it's way to you yet.
